ZG-40A-II is a Fully Automatic Plastic Lid Machine includes the Counting Stack Device, the process of this machine as below:

1.      Automatic feeding the plastic material into the machine;

2.      Automatic thermoforming the plastic material to make different kinds plastic product; (We can according to the clients’ requirement to add the punching device between thermoforming and cutting)

3.      Automatic Cutting;

4.      Automatic Counting and Stacking the finishing product.

Moreover, this machine can be Auto Rewinding the rest plastic material.
